Thirty-five years is not a small number, but we don’t see this as an endpoint; rather, it is a stage that allows us to use, as in interplanetary journeys, a “slingshot effect” around a planet to reach other, more important goals.

Growth also comes through acquisitions, but especially when the company’s foundations are built on shared values: a company is an entity that, while concrete, is made up of people without whom it would not exist.
